How much does delivery cost?
Shipping within the EU is free and delivered within 1-3 business days. Worldwide shipping incurs a standard delivery fee determined by the destination country, with delivery expected within a maximum of 5 business days with DHL.

For orders beyond the European Union, additional customs fees and import taxes may be incurred. Customers are required to bear these costs, as failure to do so will result in the package being abandoned, and a refund cannot be provided.

What’s the delivery process?
Once the courier company picks up your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
Deliveries are restricted to individuals, and packages cannot be left in a PO box or any other location under any circumstances.
The courier company will attempt delivery to your address three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a notice informing you of an alternative collection point where you can pick up your package within the next 7 days (starting from the initial delivery attempt).

How can I check the progress of my order?
If you registered when making your order, you can monitor its progress in the ‘Orders’ section of your Account.
In addition, once the package is in the hands of the courier company, you will receive an email containing a link. This email will provide instructions on how to track the status of your order.

What is the procedure for returning an item?
The process of returning an item is super simple.
To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@molkano.com with the order number, and await our confirmation for us to send you the return form.

On the agreed date, the courier company will pick up the item from the address where your order was initially delivered. Please make sure the package includes:

- The item(s) you are returning
- MOLKANO® packaging and accessories
- The return form

    Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was dispatched and that it includes all the specified elements.

    Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund. Otherwise, we will contact you as soon as possible to clarify. 

    How long do I have to return my order?
    You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

    When can I expect to receive my refund?
    You can anticipate receiving the refund within about 4 to 8 days, which may vary depending on your bank. It will be credited using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
